February 28, 2025 - Repeat Visitor Information Sent to Slack

  • RB2B's Slack integration now includes repeat visitor information. Users will receive a notification of a visitor's return visit to their site once per day that details how many times they have been recorded visiting the site and the date of their first visit.

February 27, 2025 - Repeat Visitor Data Now Available With RB2B Free Subscriptions

  • Repeat visitor data is now available to users subscribed to RB2B Free. All RB2B Free accounts have had their repeat visitor collection toggled on automatically. Should an account holder wish to toggle the setting back off, they can do do using the toggle on the Settings page.

February 26, 2025 - Updated Hot Leads Department and Seniority Mapping

  • The Department and Seniority mapping for Hot Leads has been updated with 110% more coverage when mapping to a visitor's job title.

February 19, 2025 - Billing Changes

  • RB2B changed the way that plan changes are handled when changing in the middle of a billing cycle. Now, when changing a plan in the middle of a billing cycle, the new plan starts immediately, the billing cycle starts anew, and any used credits are carried forward. More information.

February 13, 2025 - Updated Instantly Integration

  • In light of Instantly retiring v1 of their API, RB2B has updated its Instantly integration to use v2 of the API. All users who had previously connected to Instantly using a v1 API key will need to generate a v2 API to continue using the integration. Refer to the Instantly Setup Guide for details on how to do that.

February 5, 2025 - New Integration Feature and Bug Fixes

  • Users now have the ability to manually re-sync individual profiles with select integrations.

  • Bug fix related to the Traffic Insights feature was patched related to returning page results that had no data associated with them.

  • Bug fix related to the Hot Leads feature was patched whereby contacts that matched the revenue requirements weren't getting tagged because it was expecting an integer but was encountering a string for some contacts.

February 4, 2025 - Salesforce Integration, and Other Improvements

  • RB2B launched its new Salesforce integration.

  • The Traffic Insights feature is no longer restricted to accounts on annual plans and is now available for all RB2B Pro subscribers.

  • The "Department" field mapping for Hot Leads received updated criteria for improved match rates.

  • RB2B users now have access to integration logs to help with debugging disconnected integrations or non-transmitted contacts.

January 29, 2025 - Updated Resolution Rates

  • All RB2B Pro accounts received an increased resolution rate, as part of the standard service package. Their resolution rate increased from 20-30% on average to an average of 35%.

January 23, 2025 - HubSpot CRM Settings, CSV data update

  • RB2B introduced settings to the HubSpot CRM integration to allow users to fine-tune when contacts and companies are created by RB2B.

  • A LinkedIn profile is no longer a required field for a contact to be added to CSV exports.

January 22, 2025 - RB2B WordPress Plugin

  • RB2B released its own WordPress plugin to make the installation process with WordPress as seamless as possible.

January 17, 2025 - Bug fix

  • Bug fix related to the HubSpot CRM integration was patched related to repeat website page views not being logged in a contact's activity.

January 10, 2025 - New HubSpot CRM Resource

  • A new resource, "Setting Up Website Visitor Notifications for Sales Reps" was added to the HubSpot CRM integration page.

January 8, 2025 - Growth-X Integration

  • RB2B launched its new integration with Growth-X.

  • Bug fix related to overages not being recognized in extreme fringe cases.

January 6, 2025 - UX Improvement

  • User experience improvement to Hot Leads that prevents users from erroneously creating / publishing a Hot Leads tag without any criteria.

  • User experience improvement to plan purchasing that providers clearer feedback to users if they try to purchase the plan that they are currently on.

December 27, 2024 - UX Improvement

  • Hot Leads settings button was made larger and darker to give more visible contrast for users.

December 18, 2024 - Bug Fix

  • Bug fix related to CSV exports not including some contacts.

December 13, 2024 - UX Improvement

  • Integration pages now have a "Resources" section to help users with best practices, use cases, and setting up the integration for success.

  • A new resource, "Using HubSport CRM with RB2B" was added to the HubSpot CRM integration page.

  • A new resource, "Using Slack with RB2B" was added to the Slack integration page.

November 25, 2024 - Bug Fix and UI Improvement

  • Bug fix related to the HubSpot CRM integration to prevent duplicate company creation.

  • User interface improvement to the "Account Details" menu that renames "Invoices" to "Billing and Invoices" for clarity.

November 15, 2024 - New HubSpot Integration

  • RB2B introduced a new and improved HubSpot integration, HubSpot CRM, and retired its old HubSpot Marketing integration.

November 12, 2024 - SOC 2 Type II Compliant

  • RB2B and its parent company Retention.com are pleased to announce that we are now SOC 2 Type II compliant. Documentation can be requested at https://retention.securitypal.com.

November 7, 2024 - UX Improvement

  • User experience improvement to the Apollo.io integration whereby clearer messaging is provided to users in relation to erroneous API keys.

November 6, 2024 - Change to Free Plan

  • The maximum number of credits available on RB2B's Free plan was reduced from 200 credits to 150 credits.

November 4, 2024 - UX Improvement and Pricing Change

  • User experience improvement to URL Restrictions features that prevents users from erroneously leaving the field blank when setting their URL Restrictions to "RB2B will only trigger on the URLs listed below." Users must now define at least one URL when using this setting.

  • RB2B introduced a new base-level plans at the 300, 600, 1000, and 2000 monthly credit levels.

  • The RB2B Pro+ plan was introduced for plans with 1000 or more monthly credits.

  • RB2B reduced the overage cost for RB2B Pro+ users.

October 2, 2024 - New Features, Changes to Free Plan and Trial

  • A new feature, URL Restrictions, was added which allows users to define on which pages RB2B can or cannot identify visitors.

  • A new feature, Prevent Coworker Identification, was added which allows users to prevent coworkers from being identified by RB2B.

  • A new feature, Prevent Repeat Visitor Collection, was added which allows users to set their RB2B tracking script to only record net-new visitors if they are concerned about their credit usage.

  • RB2B's Free plan will no longer receive repeat visitor information.

  • RB2B's free trial length changed to seven (7) days or 1,000 profiles, whichever comes first.
