April 4, 2025 - Search Function Added, Hot Leads Bug Fix
A basic search function has been added to the Profiles page of the RB2B whereby users can search for specific visitors by full email address.
A bug in RB2B's Hot Leads tagging was fixed where profiles that had a company revenue "Above $50M" were not properly getting tagged as a match when that value was combined with certain other conditions.
April 3, 2025 - HubSpot CRM Integration Update
RB2B's HubSpot CRM integration has been updated to allow users to define the format in which the visitor's state is sent to HubSpot. Users can choose between an abbreviated format (default) and the full ISO-standard name.

March 27, 2025 - Email Validation

Due to popular demand, accounts can now purchase up to 10,000 credits per month or 120,000 annual/bulk credits directly from their dashboard at any time.
March 22, 2025 - HubSpot CRM Bug Fix
A bug in RB2B's HubSpot CRM integration has been fixed. The issue prevented the "LinkedIn Personal URL" field from being created when the integration was connected, which caused some Contacts not to be created in HubSpot. This fix has automatically added the missing field to all affected accounts in HubSpot, and any Contacts that were not synced during the issue have now been synced.
March 20, 2025 - Salesforce CRM Bug Fix
A bug in RB2B's Salesforce integration has been fixed, which caused Leads not to receive LinkedIn profiles of visitors. The integration’s method for mapping to the LinkedIn field has been improved to increase matching accuracy. If you connected the integration before March 20, you'll need to re-authenticate your Salesforce integration for RB2B to correctly map to your LinkedIn field.
March 19, 2025 - HubSpot CRM Integration Update
RB2B's HubSpot CRM integration has been updated to ensure that all applicable Custom RB2B Properties are updated each time a Contact receives a new page view event. Previously created Contacts will receive updated information the next time that a page view is recorded for them.
March 18, 2025 - Script/Account Health Check Feature Added
A new script/account health check feature has been added to the RB2B dashboard. Users will periodically (once every few months) receive a modal, prompting them to verify their domain to ensure that everything remains connected and is functioning properly.
March 17, 2025 - HubSpot CRM Integration Update
RB2B's HubSpot CRM integration has been updated to include a setting which allows users to define whether or not RB2B will create a contact in HubSpot if it is missing its email address. This setting is off by default.

RB2B's Slack integration now includes repeat visitor information. Users will receive a notification of a visitor's return visit to their site once per day that details how many times they have been recorded visiting the site and the date of their first visit.
February 27, 2025 - Repeat Visitor Data Now Available With RB2B Free Subscriptions, Data Enhancements
Repeat visitor data is now available to users subscribed to RB2B Free. All RB2B Free accounts have had their repeat visitor collection toggled on automatically. Should an account holder wish to toggle the setting back off, they can do do using the toggle on the Settings page.

The Department and Seniority mapping for Hot Leads has been updated with 40% more coverage when mapping to a visitor's job title.
February 19, 2025 - Billing Changes
RB2B changed the way that plan changes are handled when changing in the middle of a billing cycle. Now, when changing a plan in the middle of a billing cycle, the new plan starts immediately, the billing cycle starts anew, and any used credits are carried forward. More information.
February 13, 2025 - Updated Instantly Integration
In light of Instantly retiring v1 of their API, RB2B has updated its Instantly integration to use v2 of the API. All users who had previously connected to Instantly using a v1 API key will need to generate a v2 API to continue using the integration. Refer to the Instantly Setup Guide for details on how to do that.

Users now have the ability to manually re-sync individual profiles with select integrations.
Bug fix related to the Traffic Insights feature was patched related to returning page results that had no data associated with them.
Bug fix related to the Hot Leads feature was patched whereby contacts that matched the revenue requirements weren't getting tagged because it was expecting an integer but was encountering a string for some contacts.

All RB2B Pro accounts received an increased resolution rate, as part of the standard service package. Their resolution rate increased from 20-30% on average to an average of 35%.

RB2B introduced settings to the HubSpot CRM integration to allow users to fine-tune when contacts and companies are created by RB2B.
A LinkedIn profile is no longer a required field for a contact to be added to CSV exports.
