  • Fixed: Some cardholders were unable to complete their payment processor’s 2FA verification during checkout. This has been resolved.

  • Improved: A sitewide modal now appears if your active subscription no longer has a credit card on file, prompting you to update your billing details before your next renewal.

  • Improved: A sitewide modal now appears if your most recent subscription payment has failed, so you can take action before losing access. Email notifications for payment failures will continue as before.

  • Improved: A sitewide modal now appears if your credit card on file has expired, prompting you to update your billing details before your next renewal.

January 21, 2026 — [Bug] Starter Plan Profile Visibility Issue (In-App and Slack)

  • Fixed: A brief issue on the Starter plan caused contact details and page view history on visitor profiles to appear masked. This has been fully resolved. Visitor data already sent to Slack during the affected window cannot be retroactively updated — profiles can be manually re-synced to Slack from the dashboard using the process outlined here if needed.

January 21, 2026 — [Update] Free Plan Changes Now Live

  • Updated: The previously announced updates to RB2B’s Free plan are now fully in effect. Existing Free plan users are now operating under the updated limits and features. If you’re impacted and need access to additional functionality, upgrade options are available directly in your dashboard.

January 14, 2026 — New Plans and Billing Changes

  • RB2B introduced a simplified billing and credit model where every identified visitor consumes one credit. To offset this change, monthly credit limits were doubled across all paid plans at no additional cost, and subscriptions now default to month-to-month, with existing annual plans grandfathered. New plans (Pro+ and Starter) were launched, and the Free plan was updated to focus on company-level identification, with global tracking enabled by default across all tiers. More information.
