Add Additional Domains to Your RB2B Account

We’re excited to announce a highly requested upcoming feature for RB2B users — the ability to add multiple domains to a single RB2B account.

This feature is currently in development and expected to launch in the coming weeks.

What is the Additional Domains Feature?

The Additional Domains feature allows you to link up to five additional domains to your existing RB2B account. This enables unified tracking, lead identification, and analytics across multiple websites — ideal for companies managing multiple brands, product lines, or regions under a single organization.

For accounts on a monthly billing schedule, each additional domain is priced at $99/month. This allows you to scale your tracking across multiple websites without the need to create separate RB2B accounts.

For accounts on an annual billing schedule, each additional domain is priced at $998/year, offering a discounted rate for long-term use.

⚠️ Note: You can only purchase additional domains using the same billing frequency as your main subscription. Monthly plans must add domains on a monthly basis, and annual plans must do so on an annual basis.

Before You Add a Domain

Here are a few important considerations:

  • Unified dashboard: All visitor traffic from added domains will appear together — there is no native domain-based filtering or labeling within the RB2B interface.

  • Integrations: External tools (like CRMs or Slack) will receive unified data. If domain-level differentiation is required, you'll need to handle it downstream using custom fields or filtering logic.

  • Permissions: All team members with access to the account will see all domain traffic — domain-specific access control is not currently supported.

  • Billing: If you add a domain mid-cycle, the charge will be prorated based on the time remaining in your current billing period.

  • Limit: Up to five additional domains per account

  • Availability: Launching soon — keep an eye on your dashboard or email for updates

How It Works

Once the feature is live, you’ll be able to add and manage domains directly from your RB2B dashboard. All data captured across your domains will be automatically consolidated into a single account, meaning:

  • Centralized reporting: Visitor insights from all domains are accessible in one unified dashboard

  • Shared configurations: Tagging rules, tracking settings, and integrations (e.g., CRM, Slack) apply globally across all domains

  • Streamlined management: No need for separate logins or billing — everything is managed under your existing account

⚠️ Note: This functionality is intended for single-entity use cases. It does not provide domain-level filtering or access control out of the box.

How This Differs from the Agency Model

The Additional Domains feature is designed for internal teams managing multiple domains under a single organization. In contrast, the Agency Model supports distinct client accounts, each with their own login credentials, billing, and isolated domain-level data.

If you’re managing domains for multiple clients or require separate access and reporting for each one, the Agency Model may be a better fit.
