Checking Your Credit Balance
Visit the credit usage page at https://app.rb2b.com/subscription/credit_usage.
Or, click "Plan Details & Billing" in your sidebar menu by first clicking the Account Details button.
On the lefthand side of the "Plan Details" section you will see your credit usage for the current billing cycle. If you are using the free version of RB2B, you will be limited to 150 credits collected per month. You may want to consider upgrading to a Pro plan if you find yourself hitting your monthly collection cap.

What happens to my credits if I downgrade my plan?
What happens to my credits if I downgrade my plan?
Downgrading your plan will adjust your credit balance and billing accordingly. Any changes will be prorated based on the usage and time left in the cycle. You can only downgrade your plan if you have not already exceeded the total number of credits for that plan during your billing cycle. If you have currently collected more than its upper limit, you must wait until your billing cycle renews to downgrade.

What happens when I reach my collection limit?
What happens when I reach my collection limit?
When you reach your collection cap, your RB2B tracking script will be disabled, and data collection will be paused. You’ll receive an email from our team notifying you of this change and providing instructions on how to resolve the issue.
RB2B Free Users
As a free user, you have a monthly collection limit of 150 profiles. If you reach this limit, consider upgrading to a Pro plan that suits your needs better. If you prefer not to upgrade, your collection limit will reset at the start of your next billing cycle.
RB2B Pro Users
If you’re a Pro user and reach your monthly collection limit, you have a few options to resume profile collection:
Increase Your Overage Limit: This allows you to collect more profiles at an additional cost, up to your set maximum.
Upgrade Your Plan: Move to a higher Pro tier with a larger monthly collection limit.
Wait for Reset: Your limit will reset when your billing cycle renews.
Important Note
If your collection limit is reached and your script is disabled, RB2B will not track your website visitors during this period. Visitors to your site during this pause cannot be retroactively identified once collection resumes.

How can I prevent certain companies from showing up as leads in RB2B?
How can I prevent certain companies from showing up as leads in RB2B?
While there isn't a way to completely exclude specific companies from appearing as signals and therefore using credits, you can use the URL Restriction tool to better manage which visits contribute to your lead identification. This feature allows you to restrict certain URLs from being tracked, giving you more control over which pages trigger lead recognition.
For example, if you want to prevent existing customers from being identified when they visit general pages like support portal or app, you can set restrictions on those URLs. This helps ensure that your credit usage is focused on genuinely new prospects rather than existing customers.
For step-by-step instructions on setting this up, visit our URL Restrictions Guide.
When is a credit consumed?
When is a credit consumed?
The RB2B credit system works by counting each unique visitor identified at the person level as one credit within a 30-day period, regardless of how many times that visitor comes to your site during that cycle. This means that if a visitor is identified multiple times in a month, only one credit is used for that individual in that month.
Credits are not tied to the number of new contacts created in your CRM, tagged as Hot Leads, or sent to a specific integration, but rather to the number of unique visitors RB2B is able to identify on your website as a whole. As well, not every identified visitor will necessarily be added to your CRM, depending on your integration settings or filtering rules.
