Updated this week

How do I change my overage limit?

Overages are only available to RB2B Pro users on a monthly subscription.

Setting Your Overage Limit

Enable or Change Overages

  • Click "Enable Overages, Bill Me for Additional Credits" on the right-hand side of the screen.

  • An input window will appear. Enter the number of additional credits you are comfortable paying for each month.

  • The new overage limit will be set automatically.

  • Note: If you are changing this number mid-cycle, you cannot set it lower than the number of overage credits already used in the cycle.

Disabling Overages

  • Click "Disable Collection Until Next Billing Cycle" to stop using more credits than your current tier allows.

  • Note: If you have already used overage credits for the billing cycle, you cannot disable overages until the billing cycle resets.

  • To prevent further spend on overage credits, set your overage limit to your current usage and revisit the page when your billing cycle resets to disable overages.

Adding or Increasing Overages if You Have Already Reached Your Credit Limit

If your account has already reached its credit limit for the billing cycle and you add or increase your overages to resume collection, please ensure that you follow these additional steps:

  • Navigate to your Dashboard by clicking Dashboard in the menu or by visiting https://app.rb2b.com/analytics

  • At the top righthand corner of the window, toggle your Script Status from Disabled to Enabled

Overages are only available to RB2B Pro users on a monthly subscription.

At what rate are overages charged?

The rate at which overages are charged depends on your plan. If you are subscribed to RB2B Pro, overages are charged at $0.85 per credit while RB2B Pro+ users benefit from a discounted rate of $0.45 per credit.

Free accounts are not privy to enabling overages.

How are usage overages calculated and billed?

Usage overages are only available to accounts on a monthly subscription.

Usage overages are calculated at the end of your monthly billing cycle. Any overages are then added to your monthly subscription fee for the following month. This ensures that you are billed accurately based on your actual usage.

If you anticipate frequent overages, consider upgrading your plan to better match your needs.

Can I set a limit to avoid overages?

Yes, you can set an overages threshold in your account settings to help manage and control additional charges.
