When did the Instantly integration change?
RB2B, in conjunction with Instantly, launched a new Webhook-based version of the Instantly integration on December 9, 2025. The old API based integration became deprecated at that point and was no longer available for new use.
Accounts who were already using the existing integration can continue to do so but the original integration is no longer supported by RB2B or Instantly and it is recommended that users switch to the new Instantly integration as soon as possible.
The deprecated Instantly integration will be shut off in its entirety on March 1, 2026.

If your Instantly integration has shut off unexpectedly, it may be due to an error returned to RB2B, prompting our system to disable it to prevent further requests that would result in errors.
Before reactivating your Instantly integration, please follow these steps:
Verify that the URL you have entered is correct.
Ensure that the recipient system is properly configured to receive the data.
Once these checks are complete, you can turn your Instantly integration back on.

No, the Instantly integration will only send net-new profiles that are identified the integration is successfully connected. Previously identified users will not be sent.

At the present time, no, the Instantly integration does not allow for the sending of company-level visitors. That may change in the future as Instantly updates their RB2B integration to handle visitor data of that nature.
