What happens if I hit my lead limit in Instantly?

When you reach your lead limit in Instantly, you will be promptly notified via Slack and email. To avoid overwhelming you with notifications, RB2B automatically deactivates your Instantly integration.

To address this, you have two main options:

  1. Upgrade Your Account: Visit the Instantly billing page at https://app.instantly.ai/app/settings/billing to upgrade your account for a higher lead capacity.

  2. Manage Your Leads: Alternatively, you can remove existing leads within Instantly to free up space for new ones.

After you've taken the necessary steps on Instantly, you can reactivate the integration by going to the Integrations page on RB2B at https://app.rb2b.com/integrations and re-enabling the Instantly feature.


Will leads automatically push to Instantly?

As of now, transferring leads from your RB2B Slack notifications to Instantly requires a manual process. Why am I not seeing an 'Add to Instantly Sequence' button on a visitor profile in Slack?

The Add to Instantly Sequence button appears on a visitor notification in Slack only if RB2B has identified the visitor's email address. Since Instantly uses email addresses to contact your leads, a valid email address is required for RB2B to send data to an Instantly sequence. If you see the Add to Instantly Sequence button for some visitors but not others, it's because RB2B couldn't resolve the email address for those visitors.


How many Instantly accounts can I connect my RB2B account to?

RB2B is designed to permit a single integration connection per account. For users integrating with Instantly, this means you can push data to only one selected Instantly account of your choice.

This setup ensures a streamlined and efficient data flow between RB2B and Instantly, making it easier to manage and analyze your data within a singular, cohesive environment. You can, however, push to multiple Instantly sequences in the same Instantly account.


Can multiple RB2B accounts push to a single Instantly account?

Yes, multiple RB2B accounts can be connected to and push notifications to the same Instantly account and the same Instantly sequences.


Will RB2B's Instantly integration automatically push contacts to Instantly?

RB2B's Instantly integration can be configured to automatically send profiles to Instantly if you have enabled its Auto Sync Profiles setting. Otherwise, you will need to manually select which profiles to send after they appear in Slack.
