Why doesn't "RB2B" show as a Lead Source when creating a report or setting up an automation?
Why doesn't "RB2B" show as a Lead Source when creating a report or setting up an automation?
If "RB2B" doesn't show as a Lead Source when creating a report or setting up an automation it is because you are not using or the function does not allow for the use of the CONTAINS or DOES NOT CONTAIN or STARTS WITH operators. We recommend using either of those three operators when possible.
All other operators use Salesforce's Lead/Account Source picklist to select options.
If the CONTAINS or DOES NOT CONTAIN or STARTS WITH operators are not available, you will need to create "RB2B" as a Lead Source in your Salesforce instance. To manually add "RB2B" as a Lead Source option in your picklists, follow the instructions in this article.

Will RB2B sync historical visitor profiles to Salesforce after I connect the integration?
No, RB2B's Salesforce CRM integration only transmits visitor profiles with activity that occurs after the integration is connected. This means:
New visitors and returning visitors who come to your website after the integration is set up will be automatically synced to Salesforce (as long as they meet your integration settings).
Visitor profiles collected before the integration was connected will not be sent automatically.
Manually Syncing Historical Profiles
If you’d like to sync a previously captured profile to Salesforce, you can do so manually using the “Re-Sync to Salesforce” option.
Here’s how:
Navigate to the Profiles page in your RB2B dashboard.
Find the visitor profile you want to sync and click “View Details.”
Scroll to the bottom of the expanded profile view.
Click the “Re-Sync to Salesforce” button.
This will send the full profile and associated activity to Salesforce, even if the profile doesn’t meet your Hot Leads filter or other sync criteria. Manual syncs override those restrictions.
Is my CRM data shared with anyone?
Is my CRM data shared with anyone?
Short answer
Absolutely not. Your CRM data is not shared or re-sold to other users.
Long answer
When setting up RB2B’s Salesforce CRM integration, you’ll be informed that connecting the integration will allow RB2B to access your CRM data. A popular request during the development of this feature was to let users know if a newly identified visitor is already in their CRM. To make this possible, RB2B needs to first know who’s in your CRM.
The primary reason we access your CRM data is to make the Contact and Company creation process faster and smoother, while also avoiding any duplicate entries. By accessing the data directly, RB2B can check locally against your CRM, eliminating the need for repeated API calls to Salesforce.
Your CRM data is siloed per account and RB2B does not share or re-sell it to other users. Full stop.
