How to Access Integration Logs:
Log in to your RB2B dashboard.
Navigate to the specific integration that experienced the disconnection.
Scroll to the bottom of the integration page and select "View Sync Logs."
You’ll be directed to the logs page, where you’ll find a list of logged events, including any errors reported by the integration.
