If you experience issues logging into the RB2B dashboard, review the following scenarios for guidance.

1. Encountering a 403 Error When Logging In

If you receive a 403 error when attempting to log in at https://app.rb2b.com/login:

  • Cause: This typically happens when logging in while using a VPN or proxy.

  • Solution: Disconnect your VPN or proxy and try logging in again.If you are not using a VPN or proxy and still see the error, please wait for 10 minutes before trying again. If the issue persists beyond this, it might be due to a temporary block triggered for security reasons. Such blocks typically resolve automatically within a few minutes, so waiting and trying again after some time is recommended.

2. Dashboard Asking for a Password

If you are prompted for a password when logging in:

  • Cause: You might be attempting to log into a dashboard for one of Retention.com’s eCommerce products instead of the RB2B dashboard.

  • Solution: The RB2B dashboard uses a magic link for access and does not require a password. Ensure you are logging in at https://app.rb2b.com/login. If none of these steps resolve the issue, we recommend contacting RB2B support for further assistance. If you continue experiencing the issue, double-check your login credentials and ensure your internet connection is stable.
