If you are experiencing a 403 error when logging in it can be caused by one of two things:
1. Use of a VPN, Proxy, or Virtual Desktop Service
If you're currently using a VPN, proxy, or virtual desktop our system may be unable to verify your location, which can prevent access. Because we deal with sensitive identity and enrichment data, we enforce these controls consistently across VPNs, proxies, and virtualized desktop environments.
What to do:
Disable your service and try logging in again.
If that resolves the issue, you can continue using the site without the VPN/proxy/VDI enabled.
2. IP Temporarily Blocked for Suspicious Activity
Sometimes, our security system may temporarily flag and block your IP address if it detects unusual activity. This block is temporary and typically clears on its own within a few hours.
To resolve:
Wait at least an hour, then try logging in again.
Clear your browser cache and cookies before retrying.
If you’re on a corporate or shared network, check for any firewall or security settings that may be interfering.
RB2B does not support IP whitelisting and cannot manually lift an IP block. If your IP has been temporarily blocked, it will automatically clear within an hour.
