How to Permanently Delete Your RB2B Company Account

If you’ve decided to permanently remove your company’s account from RB2B, you can do so directly within your dashboard. The process is simple and secure, but please read the details below carefully before proceeding — account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you’re considering making changes to your RB2B account, it’s important to distinguish between account cancellation and permanent deletion. Account cancellation allows you to deactivate an account without losing your data, enabling you to reactivate your account in the future without any data loss. In contrast, deletion ensures all associated data, integrations, and access are permanently removed.

What Happens When You Delete Your Company Account

When you confirm deletion, the following actions will occur immediately:

  • All integrations will be disconnected. This includes CRMs, email systems, analytics tools, and any other connected services.

  • All users on the account will be permanently removed. No one will be able to log in or access historical data after deletion.

  • Your subscription will be canceled. Any active plans will be terminated right away.

  • All data and credits will be erased. All remaining account data, including user data, integration connection information, names, and email addresses, and unused credits will be permanently deleted. Please note: no refunds are issued for unused credits or partial subscription periods once the account is deleted.

To confirm data deletion, you can attempt logging in with the deleted account credentials; if the deletion was successful, access will be denied, indicating permanent removal of all associated data.

If you’re unsure whether you want to permanently remove your company’s account, consider canceling your subscription or contacting our support team before taking this step.

Alternatively, account cancellation is an option if you want to retain your data while ceasing account activity temporarily.

Steps to Delete Your Company Account

To permanently delete your RB2B account: Before proceeding, ensure you have backed up any necessary information, as all data will be permanently deleted.

  1. Log in to your RB2B dashboard.

  2. Click “Account Details” in the sidebar menu.

  3. Select “Account Settings” from the expanded menu.

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the Account Settings page and click “Delete Account.”

  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm deletion.

You’ll be asked to verify your decision before finalizing the process. Once confirmed, your account and all related data will be permanently removed from our systems. If you decide to return to RB2B after deletion, you will need to create a new account from scratch, as no past data will be retrievable.

Important Notes

  • Account deletion applies to the entire company account, not individual users.

  • Once the deletion is complete, RB2B cannot restore your account or recover any data.
