Managing Notifications From RB2B

Updated yesterday

RB2B allows you to manage automated email notifications directly from your dashboard. From this page, you can enable or disable daily data exports, add or remove recipients for those emails, and control who receives important system alerts — including integration downtime notifications.

Accessing Notification Settings

To access your notification preferences:

  1. Navigate to the bottom-left corner of your RB2B dashboard.

  2. Click the Account Details button to open the dropdown menu.

  3. Select Notifications from the list.

Alternatively, you can go directly to:
https://app.rb2b.com/my_account/notifications

This page displays all notification settings available to your company account.

Enabling or Disabling Daily CSV Exports

RB2B can send a daily email export containing your resolution data in CSV format.
This export includes the most recent visitor identification records and can be sent to one or more users on your account.

To enable or disable this feature:

  1. Find the setting labeled “Would you like to receive a daily export of your resolution data?”

  2. Toggle the switch to Yes to enable or No to disable daily CSV exports.

  3. Changes take effect immediately and apply to all recipients listed in your notifications panel.

Adding Users to the Daily Email Notification

To add additional recipients for the daily CSV export:

  1. Click Add an Email at the bottom-right corner of the Notifications page.

  2. In the modal window that appears, enter the user’s email address.

  3. Click Add Email to confirm.

  4. If you change your mind, click Cancel to close the modal without saving.

Repeat this process for each additional user you’d like to include in the daily email distribution list.

Removing Users from the Daily Email Notification

To remove a recipient from the daily email list:

  1. Locate the user’s email address in the list of recipients.

  2. Click the “X” next to their address.

  3. A confirmation window will appear — click Delete to confirm, or Cancel to abort the change.

Once removed, the user will immediately stop receiving daily CSV export emails.

Integration Offline Alerts

Only users listed as notification recipients will receive alerts if one or more of your integrations go offline.

This ensures that key team members are informed right away if an integration disconnects, encounters an authentication issue, or fails to sync data properly.

If you want specific team members to be notified of integration interruptions, make sure their email addresses are added under Notifications.

Summary

The Notifications section in RB2B allows you to:

  • Enable or disable daily CSV exports of your resolution data

  • Add or remove email recipients for daily exports

  • Designate who receives integration downtime alerts

Keeping this list up to date ensures that the right team members stay informed of both routine exports and critical integration events.
