Understanding RB2B Company Account Structure

Updated yesterday

RB2B company accounts operate on a flat structure, meaning all users within the account share equal access and privileges. There is no single “administrator” role that controls or manages other users.

This approach ensures that your entire team has seamless access to the RB2B dashboard, integrations, and reporting tools — without needing admin approval or role-based permissions.

Billing Contact and Payment Ownership

While RB2B accounts are flat in structure, our payment processor requires one email address to be associated with billing and payments.
This email is used for:

  • Receiving invoices and payment confirmations

  • Managing subscription renewals and receipts

  • Handling billing-related notifications or issues

If you need to update your billing email address, please refer to this guide: Updating Your Billing Information

Managing Account Users

To add or remove users from your RB2B company account, follow the instructions in this article: Adding or Removing Dashboard Users

Because RB2B accounts are flat, any active user can perform user management tasks from within the dashboard.

Summary

This setup ensures:

  • Equal access for all team members

  • Simplified management without complex admin roles

  • Clear billing communication through a single designated contact

By maintaining a flat account structure, RB2B makes collaboration faster and account management more transparent for teams of any size.
