Adding Users to the RB2B Dashboard

To add a new user to the RB2B dashboard, navigate to the bottom left of your window, click the Account Details button to access a dropdown menu, and select Account Settings. In the Users tab, you'll find a list of all of the users on the account as well as the Add new user button which you can click to start the process.

To add a new user, please fill in the required fields with the individual's First Name, Last Name, and Email Address. You have the option to also include their Phone Number, though it's not mandatory. Once you've entered the necessary information, click Save changes to finalize the creation of the new user account. If you decide not to proceed, clicking Cancel will discard any information you've entered.

The new user will be notified via email of their account being created and will guide them to log in. Alternatively, they can log in immediately at https://app.rb2b.com/login.

Removing Users from the RB2B Dashboard

The act of deleting a user is final. There is no recovery option once deleted.

To remove a user from your RB2B account, navigate to the bottom left of your window, click the Account Details button to access a dropdown menu, and select Account Settings. In the Users tab, you'll find a list of all of the users on the account. Find the user that you wish to delete in the list. At the top right of the user's card, click on the three vertical dots to open a menu where you can choose to Delete user.

When you're ready to finalize your decision, a confirmation window will appear. To proceed with removing the account, click on Delete User. If you wish to reconsider or halt the process, select Cancel to abandon the action.
