RB2B's Zapier integration is only available for RB2B Pro users.
About RB2B's Zapier Integration
Integrating RB2B with Zapier allows you to automate workflows by connecting your visitor data to over 2,000 apps with no code required. Whether you want to trigger follow-up actions, sync data with your CRM, or automate notifications, Zapier makes it easy to streamline your business processes. This integration is perfect for both beginners and power users, enabling you to effortlessly connect your visitor insights to the tools you already use.
Setting Up an Integration with Zapier
To initiate your Zapier integration, navigate to Integrations from the sidebar menu. Locate and select Zapier among the integration options or visit https://app.rb2b.com/integrations/zapier
Once on the Zapier page, click "Start Integration Setup" to begin the setup process.
This will generate the following keys which are used later in the setup process:
Account Key
Integration Key
Connect to Zapier
Once the required keys have been generated, click the "Connect to Zapier" button to proceed.
Settings
After connecting Zapier, you can toggle on/off the following settings:
Sync company-only profiles: If enabled, RB2B will send identified company-level visitor information to Zapier.
Send repeat visitor data: If enabled, RB2B will send all subsequent visits by a visitor to Zapier. Please be aware that many integrations may not be configured to handle duplicate or similar data properly, which could result in the creation of duplicate entries instead of updating existing ones. You are proceeding with this action at your own discretion, and we are not responsible for any impact it may have on your data.
Accept RB2B's Integration Invite
You will invited to join the RB2B Zapier integration. Click "Accept Invite & Build a Zap" to proceed. The invitation must be accepted to gain access to the integration.
Create a new Zap
On the Zaps page, create a new Zap by clicking either the orange "+" button at the top left or the purple "+ Create" button at the top right of the page then choose "New Zap."
Setting Your Trigger
Set RB2B as the trigger for your new zap by clicking the "Trigger" in your Zap's workflow.
In the search bar provided, search for "RB2B"
Select "RB2B" from the search results.
Choosing a Trigger Event
Choose a Trigger event by clicking the "Choose an event" dropdown in the "Trigger event" section.
Select "New Profile" to continue.
Sign Into RB2B
Sign into RB2B by clicking the purple "Sign In" button in the "Account" section.
Once you do, a popup window will appear.
Enter both the Account Key and Integration Key that were generated in the RB2B dashboard.
Once the keys have been entered, click "Yes, Connect to RB2B" to proceed.
In the righthand sidebar, now titled "1. New Profile", click the "Continue" button at the bottom to proceed.
Test Your Trigger
Click the "Test Trigger" button at the bottom of the sidebar to test that the trigger has been successfully connected to RB2B.
Finalize the Trigger Setup
To finalize the setup of RB2B as the trigger for your new Zap:
Ensure that "Profile A" is selected from the list of records.
Click "Continue with Selected Record."
Choose an "Action" for Zapier to send your new RB2B profiles to.
