Setup Guide: Smartlead
Updated over a week ago

RB2B's Smartlead integration is only available for RB2B Pro users.

Considerations

RB2B's Smartlead integration works in one of two ways:

Manual Pushes

When used in conjunction with Slack, a 'Push to Smartlead' button will appear on visitor profiles in Slack. Using that will manually push selected profiles to Smartlead.

Slack is required for manual pushing to Smartlead.

With manual pushes, you are able to select multiple sequences to send data to.

Automatic Pushes

By toggling on Auto Sync Profiles on the integration settings, RB2B will automatically send profiles of identified visitors to Smartlead.

Auto sync is required when Smartlead is used in conjunction with sending only ICP tagged visitors.

With automatic pushes, you are limited to sending data to a single sequence.

Setting Up an Integration with Smartlead

To initiate your Smartlead integration, navigate to Integrations from the sidebar menu. Locate and select Smartlead among the integration options or visit https://app.rb2b.com/integrations/smartlead

Adding Your Smartlead API Key

In the input field provided, enter your Smartlead API Key. Don't know it? Smartlead has documentation here to help you find it.

Click Validate API Key to confirm that it has been entered correctly. Once your API Key has been validated, click Save to publish your changes or Discard to abandon them.

After Setup

After you have successfully set up your integration you will gain the ability to push leads from Slack to Smartlead via the individual Slack notifications.

Disconnecting Smartlead

To disconnect your Smartlead integration, navigate to Integrations from the sidebar menu. Locate Smartlead among the integration options and select View Integration. To disconnect the Smartlead entirely, click Delete API Key then click Save to publish your changes.
