Thanks for Connecting RB2B's Slack Integration!

We're excited to help you stay on top of your website activity with real-time notifications sent directly to your connected Slack channel. Here’s everything you need to know about what to expect and how to make the most of this integration.

What to Expect

With the Slack integration, you'll receive instant notifications whenever RB2B identifies a new U.S.-based visitor on your website. Here’s how it works:

  • Notifications for Identified Profiles Only:
Notifications will only be sent for visitors for whom we’ve identified a LinkedIn URL. While this ensures you get high-value alerts, it also means your Slack notifications may not include every profile visible in your RB2B dashboard.

  • New Visitors Only:
To keep your Slack channel streamlined and noise-free, we’ll only notify you about new visitors. Information about returning visitors is available in your RB2B dashboard, ensuring your Slack feed stays focused on fresh opportunities.

Enhance Team Collaboration

Make the most of your Slack notifications by involving your team:

  1. Add Team Members to Your Slack Channel:
Invite your team to the Slack channel connected to RB2B so everyone stays in the loop when a new visitor is identified.

  2. Enable Dashboard Access:
Ensure your team members also have user accounts in the RB2B dashboard. This allows them to click the "More Details" button in Slack notifications, accessing a wealth of additional visitor information. Don’t worry—adding users to the dashboard is completely free!

Why This Integration Matters

The Slack integration is designed to keep your team agile and informed, empowering you to respond quickly to high-potential website visitors. By combining real-time Slack updates with detailed visitor insights in your dashboard, you can optimize your follow-up and focus on turning leads into conversions.
