When RB2B Transmits Data to Your Integration(s)
RB2B sends newly identified visitor information to your connected integrations as soon as a visitor is successfully identified. This ensures that your CRM or marketing tools receive the most up-to-date contact details and professional insights in real-time.
Repeat Visitor Information
By default, RB2B does not send further page view data to most integrations once a visitor has been identified unless that setting is toggled on. HubSpot and Salesforce are the exceptions: for these, page view and activity updates continue by default. For any integration, sending page views beyond the initial identification page can be toggled on in that integration's settings.
For all users, detailed page view data remains accessible within the RB2B dashboard and can also be exported via CSV reports for further analysis.
Connecting Multiple Integrations
RB2B supports one active connection per integration per account, meaning you can connect RB2B to multiple platforms simultaneously, but only one instance of each integration can be linked at a time. For example, you can connect RB2B to both HubSpot and Salesforce, but not to two separate HubSpot accounts under the same RB2B account.
Sending RB2B Data to Unsupported Platforms
RB2B offers direct integrations with nearly three dozen industry-leading platforms, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, and Webhook, ensuring seamless data transfer to your preferred tools.
If the platform you want to connect with is not listed among RB2B's available integrations, you can use Zapier or Make.com as a bridge. Combined, they support connections with over 10,000 applications, allowing you to automate workflows and send RB2B data to a wide range of CRMs, marketing automation tools, and other business platforms without requiring custom development.
