Adding or Removing Dashboard Users

Updated this week

RB2B company accounts use a flat structure, meaning all users share the same level of access and permissions. Any active user on the account can add or remove other users as needed.

Adding Users to the RB2B Dashboard

If you’d like to give additional team members access to your RB2B account, you can easily add them from your Account Settings page.

To add a new user:

  1. Navigate to the bottom-left corner of your dashboard.

  2. Click Account Details to open the dropdown menu.

  3. Select Account Settings.

  4. Open the Users tab. You’ll see a list of all users on the account.

  5. Click Add New User.

  6. Enter the user’s First Name, Last Name, and Email Address.

  7. (Optional) Add a Phone Number if desired.

  8. Click Save Changes to create the new user account.

If you choose not to proceed, click Cancel to discard your entries.

Once saved, the new user will receive an email invitation with login instructions. They can also log in directly at https://app.rb2b.com/login.

Removing Users from the RB2B Dashboard

If a team member no longer needs access to your RB2B account, you can permanently remove their user profile.

⚠️ Important: Deleting a user is permanent and cannot be undone. Once removed, the user will immediately lose access to all data, integrations, and dashboard features.

To remove a user:

  1. Navigate to the bottom-left corner of your dashboard.

  2. Click Account Details to open the dropdown menu.

  3. Select Account Settings.

  4. Open the Users tab to view the full list of users.

  5. Find the user you wish to remove.

  6. Click the three vertical dots (⋮) in the top-right corner of their card.

  7. Select Delete User from the menu.

  8. A confirmation window will appear — click Delete User again to confirm, or Cancel to back out.

Note: You cannot delete the account you are currently logged in with. If you need to remove that user, another team member must perform the deletion.

Summary

  • All users on an RB2B account have equal access — there are no “admin-only” controls.

  • Adding a user grants them full access to your company’s RB2B dashboard.

  • Removing a user permanently revokes their access and cannot be undone.
