Can I change my email address?

RB2B gives you unlimited seats for users in the dashboard. To change your email address, simply log in with your current email address and invite a new user with your new address via the Users page. Alternatively, you can contact RB2B's customer support to request the email update by providing your new preferred email address and verifying your account ownership.

If you encounter difficulties accessing your account using your email address, try using any other emails linked to your account. If issues persist, contact RB2B support for assistance.

Can I use my email address on multiple accounts?

Each RB2B account must be associated with a unique email address, which serves as the primary identifier for the account. A single email address cannot manage or switch between multiple accounts. If you require separate accounts for different purposes, you will need to use a different email address for each.

How can I move or consolidate access from one RB2B account to another?

Users can move to a different account using the steps in How to Move Users Between RB2B Accounts.

Alternatively, account merging can consolidate access and data under a single account. This is particularly useful when managing domains or preserving historical data. However, it is important to note that during an account merge, only user accounts are transferred. Other data, such as integrations, scripts, and historical records, will not be moved to the new account. The original account is permanently deleted after the merge. To retain data, avoid merging accounts unless absolutely necessary.


Why do I get an error saying that a new user's email address is already in use?

This means that email address is currently associated with another RB2B account. You can either use a different email address for that user, or initiate an account merger using the steps detailed here.

When accounts are merged, RB2B operates on a flat account structure β€” all users in the merged account will have the same permissions unless specific roles are already defined. However, only user accounts are transferred during the merge. Other data, such as integrations, scripts, and historical records, will not be moved to the new account. Troubleshooting Post-Merge Issues

If you encounter issues after an account merge, such as your account appearing inactive or being unable to view team information, follow these steps:

  1. Log Out and Log Back In: Sometimes, system processing delays can cause temporary issues. Logging out and logging back in may resolve the problem.

  2. Refresh Your Browser: If you are unable to access the merged account, refreshing your browser may help you see all associated information. These steps address common issues caused by system backups or workflow delays during the merge process.


I'm trying to add a user who already has their own account that they want to keep. How can I do this?

Use a different email address from the one associated with their existing account. At this time, a single email address can only be linked to one RB2B account. By using an alternate email, the user can join your account without affecting their existing one.


I was invited to join an account but didn't receive the invite email. Can I still log in?

Yes. The invitation isn't required to access your account. Go to https://app.rb2b.com/login, enter the email address that was invited, and you'll receive a login email with a magic link. Click the link to complete the login process.
