Can I change my email address?
RB2B gives you unlimited seats for users in the dashboard. To change your email address, simply log in with your current email address and invite a new user with your new address via the Users page. Alternatively, you can contact RB2B's customer support to request the email update by providing your new preferred email address and verifying your account ownership.
If you encounter difficulties accessing your account using your email address, try using any other emails linked to your account. If issues persist, contact RB2B support for assistance.

Can I use my email address on multiple accounts?
Each RB2B account must be associated with a unique email address, which serves as the primary identifier for the account. A single email address cannot manage or switch between multiple accounts. If you require separate accounts for different purposes, you will need to use a different email address for each.

How can I move or consolidate access from one RB2B account to another?

Why do I get an error saying that a new user's email address is already in use?
This means that email address is currently associated with another RB2B account. You can either use a different email address for that user, or initiate an account merger using the steps detailed here.
When accounts are merged, RB2B operates on a flat account structure β all users in the merged account will have the same permissions unless specific roles are already defined. All data associated with the existing account remains intact during the merge.
I'm trying to add a user who already has their own account that they want to keep. How can I do this?
Use a different email address from the one associated with their existing account. At this time, a single email address can only be linked to one RB2B account. By using an alternate email, the user can join your account without affecting their existing one.
I was invited to join an account but didn't receive the invite email. Can I still log in?
Yes. The invitation isn't required to access your account. Go to https://app.rb2b.com/login, enter the email address that was invited, and you'll receive a login email with a magic link. Click the link to complete the login process.
