Can I change my email address?

RB2B gives you unlimited seats for users in the dashboard. To change your email address, simply log into the dashboard with your current email address and invite a new user with your new address via the Users page. Alternatively, you can contact RB2B's customer support to request the email update by providing your new preferred email address and verifying your account ownership. If creating a new account with the desired email address is more suitable, RB2B support can assist in transferring data from your old account.

If you encounter difficulties accessing your RB2B account using your email address, try using any other emails linked to your account. If issues persist or you're confident the email address is correct, contact RB2B support for assistance. Once logged in, you can invite a new email via the dashboard for future use.

Can I use my email address on multiple accounts?

At RB2B, each account must be associated with a unique email address, which serves as the primary identifier for the account. Currently, our system does not support the functionality for a single email address to manage or switch between multiple accounts. This means if you require separate accounts for different purposes, you will need to use a different email address for each account you create. This approach ensures secure and distinct access to each account.

How can I move or consolidate access from one RB2B account to another?

If you've created multiple accounts for your business or need to transfer ownership or access from one account to another, we're here to help. While there isn't a self-service option to merge or consolidate accounts directly within the platform, our support team can assist you with the process.

To get started, please contact us at [email protected] and include the following details:

  • The business name associated with both accounts

  • The email addresses linked to each account

  • Which account you’d prefer to keep active (this is usually the one with the live script currently collecting data)

How do I enable/disable daily CSV export emails?

To change enable/disable the sending of the daily CSV export email, first access the Notifications settings within the RB2B dashboard, click on the Account Details button at the bottom left of the screen then select Notifications from the menu that appears - or visit https://app.rb2b.com/my_account/notifications

To enable or disabled the daily email containing your CSV export for all users, simply toggle the setting to Yes or No depending on your answer to the question "Would you like to receive a daily export of your resolution data?"

To add users to the daily CSV export email, first access the Notifications settings within the RB2B dashboard, click the Account Details button at the bottom left of the screen then select Notifications from the menu that appears - or visit https://app.rb2b.com/my_account/notifications

To add a user to the daily email notification, click the Add an Email button at that bottom right of the screen.

In the modal window that appears, add the user's email address then click Add Email. If you wish to abandon your changes, click Cancel. To add multiple users, repeat the process one at a time.


How do I remove users from the daily CSV export email?

To remove users from the daily CSV export email, first access the Notifications settings within the RB2B dashboard, click on the Account Details button at the bottom left of the screen then select Notifications from the menu that appears - or visit https://app.rb2b.com/my_account/notifications

To remove a user from the daily email notification, click the x that appears to the right of their email address. A confirmation window will appear. Click Delete to confirm or Cancel to abandon your changes.


Why do I get an error saying that a new user's email address is already in use?

If you receive a message saying that the email address of a new user is already taken or in use it is because that email address is currently in use in another RB2B account.

You can either use a different email address for that user, or, initiate an account merger using the steps detailed here.


I'm trying to add a user to my account who already has an account they want to keep. How can I do this?

If the person you’re trying to add to your RB2B account already has an active account of their own—and wants to keep it—you can still invite them to your account. The key is to use a different email address from the one already associated with their existing account.

At this time, a single email address can only be linked to one RB2B account. By using an alternate email, the user can join your account without affecting their existing one.


I was invited to join an account but didn’t receive the invite email. Can I still log in?

Yes, you can still log in even if you didn’t receive the invite email. The invitation isn’t required to access your account.

Simply go to https://app.rb2b.com/login, enter the email address that was invited, and you’ll receive a login email with a magic link. Click the link to complete the login process and access your account.
