RB2B's OEM Partner Program

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Overview

The RB2B OEM Partner Program is designed for companies and agencies who want to embed RB2B’s website visitor identification technology directly into their own platforms or white-labeled solutions.

Who This Is For

  • Martech, sales tech, CRM, vertical SaaS, or data companies looking to integrate RB2B's visitor identification functionality into their own user interface.

  • Agencies that want to build and offer a white-labeled version of RB2B to their clients.

Critically Important Implementation Notes

  1. Pixel-Based Implementation
This program uses a pixel implementation. You’ll be embedding RB2B’s pixel within your own pixel infrastructure.

  2. Nested Pixel Architecture
You will be building RB2B’s pixel into your own pixel, enabling you to control data flow and placement.

  3. Single OEM Account
You'll have one OEM account. This account will process and route data to your customers based on the domain where the pixel is fired.

  4. Hosted on app.rb2b.com
The OEM environment runs on app.rb2b.com, just like standard RB2B accounts.

What You Get

  1. OEM Pixel — An RB2B pixel that you can embed into your own pixel.

  2. OEM Account — A master OEM account with a large shared credit balance.

  3. Unified Credit Pool — A single credit balance that can be used across all of your customer domains.

How to Get Started

RB2B's OEM Partner Program is currently in development and will be ready in the very near future. Details about pricing and how to join will be available at that time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I run the OEM script and the consumer RB2B script on the same site or page?

No. The OEM script and the consumer RB2B script are not compatible and cannot be used on the same site or page. Running both will cause the tracking to fail.

If I join the OEM program, do I lose any functionality from my consumer RB2B account?

Yes. When you enroll in the OEM program, your consumer RB2B account functionality is deactivated. An account can only be configured as either a consumer RB2B account or an OEM partner—never both.

Can I use both the consumer RB2B script and participate in the OEM program?

Yes, but you’ll need to maintain two separate accounts—one for your consumer RB2B script and another for your OEM partnership. These cannot be combined under a single account.
