What is RB2B and does it work?

What is RB2B?

RB2B is an advanced digital intelligence platform built specifically for the B2B sector, designed to transform the way businesses identify, understand, and engage with their anonymous website visitors.

Using proprietary identification algorithms and privacy-compliant data enrichment methods, RB2B reveals who is visiting your website — at the person and company level — even when those visitors have not filled out a form, created an account, or otherwise self-identified.

This capability enables your marketing, sales, and customer success teams to engage proactively with verified decision-makers showing real buying intent — not just anonymous traffic.

Turning Anonymous Traffic into Actionable Insight

At its core, RB2B analyzes digital footprints such as behavioral patterns, engagement depth, and browsing intent signals. These insights allow your team to:

  • Recognize real people behind anonymous visits
RB2B identifies individual professionals visiting your site — not just the companies they work for.

  • Understand visitor intent
By evaluating factors like content engagement, time on page, and visit frequency, RB2B scores visitors based on their likelihood to convert.

  • Enable targeted engagement
With person-level and intent data in hand, you can prioritize follow-ups, customize messaging, and improve lead nurturing workflows.

Incorporating RB2B into your marketing stack ensures your website is not just attracting traffic — it’s converting hidden interest into qualified sales opportunities.

How RB2B Works

RB2B operates through a structured, four-step process designed to deliver accurate, privacy-compliant identification and insight — while maintaining full respect for user consent and data protection standards.

Step 1: Activation & Initial Screening

Script Activation

The RB2B tracking script activates automatically when a visitor lands on your website.

If your site uses CookieYes for cookie consent, the RB2B script runs only after the visitor has accepted cookies, ensuring compliance with privacy frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA. This integration is automatic and requires no manual setup for CookieYes users.

Geofence Verification

Upon activation, RB2B checks whether the visitor is located within the United States using IP-based geolocation.

  • Person-Level Identification: Only visitors verified as US-based are eligible for person-level identification.

  • Non-US Visitors: Visitors outside the US (or using VPNs, proxies, or obfuscation tools) are excluded from person-level tracking.
This maintains data accuracy and compliance with regional privacy laws.

In certain cases, company-level identification may still occur for non-US visitors when confidence is high. However, RB2B never collects or transmits personally identifiable information (PII) from these sessions.

User Qualification

Once geolocation and consent are verified, RB2B evaluates whether the visitor’s activity and environment meet the criteria for generating a high-quality profile before moving forward.

Step 2: Information Correlation

Tracking and Identification

RB2B securely correlates multiple non-sensitive data points — including first- and third-party cookies, device identifiers, and IP data — to recognize visitors across its network.

This process is entirely privacy-compliant and consent-based.

Consent-Respecting Activation

If you’re using a cookie consent tool other than CookieYes, you must manually configure it to delay RB2B’s script execution until after the visitor grants consent. Without consent, RB2B will not begin tracking.

This ensures that all identification occurs under explicit user approval and in compliance with applicable regulations.

Step 3: Professional Profiling

Profile Enrichment

When a visitor is successfully identified, RB2B enhances that record using verified professional data sources — including LinkedIn and other publicly available professional databases — to append details such as:

  • Name and job title

  • Employer and company domain

  • Industry and company size

  • Professional background where available

Focused Identification

RB2B identifies and enriches approximately 20–30% of qualified US-based traffic at an individual level. This selectivity ensures accuracy, high relevance, and value per identified visitor.

The outcome is a curated stream of verified profiles that map directly to your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) segments.

Step 4: Value Assessment & Transmission

Validation

Before a profile is sent to your dashboard or integrated system, RB2B validates its completeness, consistency, and confidence level.

Any incomplete or low-quality matches are automatically discarded.

Secure Delivery

Validated profiles are then securely transmitted to your account or integrations, where they can be used for lead scoring, CRM enrichment, automated outreach, or analytics.

Credit System and Compliance

  • Each successfully identified visitor consumes one RB2B credit.

  • Each credit covers the visitor’s unique activity for a 30-day rolling window.

  • Every plan includes 12 credits per visitor per year, ensuring repeat visits within that period are included at no additional cost.

  • Additional credits are available through overages or plan upgrades, both managed directly within your RB2B dashboard.

Credit usage, remaining balances, and renewal dates are displayed transparently in your account view.

Why It Matters

RB2B provides more than identification — it gives context.

By connecting anonymous traffic to real people, roles, and intent data, you gain a clear view of which companies and decision-makers are actively exploring your offering.

This empowers your team to:

  • Prioritize high-intent leads for immediate outreach

  • Tailor marketing campaigns to verified interest

  • Reduce wasted ad spend by focusing on real opportunities

In short, RB2B transforms anonymous website activity into actionable, revenue-focused intelligence, giving your business the strategic edge to convert interest into impact — all while maintaining privacy, compliance, and user trust.
