Plan: Clay Agency

Updated this week

Should there be any discrepancies between the pricing and features listed here and those on our main marketing site, RB2B.com, the details on RB2B.com will take precedence as the authoritative source.

About the Clay Agency Plan

The Clay Agency plan is built specifically for teams that use Clay as the center of their outbound and enrichment workflows. It provides the same visitor identification capabilities as our Pro plan, including both company-level and person-level identification using Premium Resolution, but delivers that data exclusively through the Clay integration.

This plan is designed to keep things simple for Clay users who do not need additional integrations or exports. Instead of routing visitor data to multiple destinations, all identified visitors flow directly into Clay where they can be enriched, scored, and activated within existing Clay workflows.

Clay Agency includes 1,250 monthly credits, giving teams the ability to identify and act on meaningful website traffic while keeping their tooling streamlined.

Note: the Clay Agency Plan is not available to accounts who are currently subscribed to Pro or Pro+

Who the Clay Agency Plan is For

The Clay Agency plan is designed for Clay power users and agencies that already rely on Clay as the operational hub for their outbound and enrichment processes.

Teams running Clay-based workflows often prefer to keep their data pipelines centralized. Rather than sending visitor data to Slack, CRMs, or exporting it manually, Clay Agency allows those teams to work entirely inside Clay where they can enrich records, trigger automations, and build outreach workflows.

This plan works especially well for:

  • Agencies running Clay-driven prospecting programs for multiple clients

  • Growth teams building automated outbound workflows in Clay

  • Power users who want visitor identification data flowing directly into their Clay tables

By limiting integrations to Clay, the plan removes unnecessary complexity while keeping the full identification capabilities needed to power Clay-based sales and growth workflows.

Overage Credits

Clay Agency accounts can optionally enable automatic overages if they expect their traffic to exceed their monthly credit allocation.

Overages are purchased in 1,000-credit batches for $99 per batch, with a maximum of 10 batches per billing cycle.

Unused credits do not roll over at the end of the billing cycle. If overages are enabled, additional credit batches will be automatically purchased once the included credits are exhausted, so teams should keep this in mind when deciding whether to enable automatic overage purchases.

If you regularly need 4,000 or more additional credits per month, upgrading to a Pro plan may become more cost-effective than purchasing multiple overage batches.

Clay Agency Versus Pro or Pro+

Clay Agency includes the same identification capabilities as the Pro plan, including both company-level and contact-level identification powered by our Premium Resolution.

The primary difference is how the data is delivered.

Clay Agency sends identified visitors directly into Clay and nowhere else. Other integrations, such as Slack alerts, CRM connections, or CSV exports, are not available on this plan.

For teams whose workflows already live inside Clay, this creates a streamlined setup where visitor identification feeds directly into Clay tables for enrichment, scoring, and outbound activation.

Teams may want to upgrade to Pro or Pro+ if they need additional integrations, want to send visitor data to a CRM or Slack, require CSV exports, or want to increase identification coverage through Premium Resolution.

Features and Coverage

Clay Agency includes the full visitor identification capabilities of the Pro plan with person- and company-level coverage using Premium Resolution, delivered exclusively through the Clay integration.
