Analytics Page Sections

The main Analytics page is segmented into four primary categories:

Traffic Summary

This section presents a snapshot of key metrics including visitor counts, new profile creations, company identifications, and page views within your chosen timeframe. Additionally, it provides a comparison of these statistics against the previous period, highlighting any growth or decline.

  • New Profiles: This is the total number of net-new Person-Level profiles as identified during the selected time period.

  • Repeat Profiles: This is the total number of previously identified Person-Level profiles that have returned to your website and have been identified during the selected time period.

  • Company Profiles: This is the total number of previously identified Company-Level profiles that have returned to your website and have been identified during the selected time period.

  • Total Visitors: This is the sum of New Profiles, Repeat Profiles, and Company Profiles as identified during the selected time period.

Identification Types Per Day

Here, you'll find a graph displaying the daily accumulation of profiles over your selected timeframe. You will find three data segments on the chart for the following values:

  • New Profiles

  • Repeat Profiles

  • Companies

Top Page Visits

This category reveals the most frequented pages on your website as detected by RB2B, along with the total view count for each page.

Profiles By State

This section showcases the state that generate the most profile collections, offering both a total count and the percentage share of your overall visitor demographics that each state represents.

For users who have enabled global Company-Level Identification, this is where you will see provincial and regional information, depending on the country.

Filtering Analytics By Date Ranges

Your dashboard initially displays analytics from the Past Month for a quick overview. To explore statistics from a different timeframe, simply use the dropdown located at the top right of the analytics window. Users can choose from the following timeframes:

  • Today
