Viewing Your Collection Analytics
To access your collection analytics within the RB2B dashboard, simply click on the Dashboard link found in the sidebar menu.
Analytics Page Sections
The main Analytics page is segmented into three sections:
1. Identification Types Per Day
Here, you'll find a graph displaying the daily accumulation of profiles over your selected timeframe. You will find three data segments on the chart:
New Profiles -- net new person-level profiles
Repeat Profiles -- returning person-level profiles
Companies -- unique companies identified across person-level and company-level profiles, not a count of company-level credits consumed
A note on credits: The figures shown here do not map 1:1 to credit consumption. Credits are charged per unique visitor, not per unique company. Multiple unidentified visitors from the same company will each consume a credit, but will only increment the Company Profiles count by one. The dashboard is a visitor intelligence tool, not a credit ledger.
2. Top URLs
Here you'll find the top five pages on your site by total number of page views during the given time period.
3. Profiles by UTM Campaign
Here you'll find the top five UTM campaigns as tracked on individual visitors to your site.
Filtering Analytics By Date Ranges
Your dashboard initially displays analytics from the Past Month for a quick overview. To explore statistics from a different timeframe, simply use the dropdown located at the top right of the analytics window. Users can choose from the following timeframes:
Today
Past Week
Past Month
Past Quarter
