RB2B intentionally limits the display of UTM parameters and other tracking identifiers in the RB2B dashboard, CSV exports, and most integrations to maintain a streamlined user experience.
However, if UTM tags—such as utm_source
and utm_campaign
—are present and recorded during a visit, they can only be accessed through the following integrations:
HubSpot CRM: UTM data is automatically mapped to contact records, helping you track the origin and context of leads.
Salesforce CRM: Relevant UTM tags are also available within Salesforce, providing added attribution insights for your sales and marketing teams.
