Manually Re-Syncing a Profile in RB2B

If a profile does not automatically sync from RB2B to an integrated platform, certain integrations allow you to manually re-sync the profile.

Integrations That Support Manual Re-Syncing

You can manually re-sync profiles with the following integrations:

  • HubSpot CRM

  • Salesforce CRM

  • Slack

How to Re-Sync a Profile

To manually re-sync a profile in RB2B:

  1. Log in to your RB2B dashboard and navigate to the Profiles page: https://app.rb2b.com/profiles.

  2. Locate the profile you want to re-sync and click "View Details" on the right-hand side.

  3. In the fly-out panel, scroll to the bottom and find the "Re-Sync Profile" section.

  4. Select the integration where you want to send the profile, and confirm the re-sync.

When Should You Re-Sync a Profile?

You may need to re-sync a profile in the following situations:

  • The visitor was identified before an integration was set up.
    If a visitor’s profile was created in RB2B before you connected an integration (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Slack), re-syncing ensures that their information is properly sent to that platform.

  • The profile did not meet your Hot Leads filter but is still relevant.
    If you're using RB2B’s Hot Leads feature to filter which profiles are sent to an integration, some profiles may not have been automatically synced because they didn't match your criteria at the time. If you later determine that a profile is valuable, you can manually re-sync it to ensure it reaches the desired integration.

By using the manual re-sync option, you can ensure that important profiles are not missed and that your integrations remain up-to-date with the most relevant leads.
