Updates to RB2B Billing and Subscription Plans (January 2026)

Updated this week

Effective Date: January 15, 2026
These updates apply to all RB2B accounts. Existing subscriptions were updated automatically.

We’ve made several updates to RB2B’s billing model and subscription plans to simplify credit usage, reduce confusion around when credits are consumed, and ensure customers receive equal or greater value compared to previous plans.

Why We Made This Change

Historically, credit usage depended on how a visitor was identified, which made it difficult to understand when credits were used and when they were not. To remove this ambiguity, we’ve moved to a simpler and more predictable model.

Under the new model, every identified visitor consumes a credit, regardless of whether the identification is contact-level or company-level. To ensure customers are not penalized by this change, we doubled the monthly credit limits across all paid plans, giving customers access to roughly twice the number of identified visitors at the same price as before.

How Credits Work Now

  • All identified visitors consume a credit

    • Contact-level identification (U.S.)

    • Company-level identification (global)

  • There are no exceptions or special cases

  • Credit usage is consistent and predictable across all plans

If you had an existing paid subscription, your credit limit has already been doubled automatically.

Subscription Term Changes

RB2B subscriptions are now offered as month-to-month plans by default, with no standard annual plan options available.

Accounts that are currently on an annual subscription may remain on their annual plan indefinitely, as long as no changes are made to their subscription. If an account switches from an annual plan to a month-to-month subscription, it will no longer be eligible to return to an annual plan.

Annual subscriptions remain available for enterprise-level customers under custom agreements.

Premium vs. Basic Resolution Rates

Pro+ includes Premium Resolution, our most comprehensive identification approach. Pro uses RB2B’s internal identification graph, while Pro+ adds a waterfall of trusted external graphs to expand coverage and resolve more visitors overall.

As part of the plan transition, existing Pro accounts will receive temporary access to Premium Resolution from January 15 to January 23. This period effectively serves as a short trial of Pro+’s expanded coverage, after which Pro plans will return to their standard Basic Resolution while Pro+ continues to offer the highest identification rates in RB2B.

New and Updated Plans

We’ve introduced Pro+, which offers the highest visitor identification coverage available in RB2B.

  • Significantly higher overall identification rates than Pro

  • Combines expanded contact-level (U.S.) and company-level identification

  • Designed for teams that want maximum coverage across their traffic

Pro continues to offer strong contact-level identification for U.S. visitors along with company-level identification, making it a good fit for teams actively working identified visitors but not requiring maximum coverage.

We’ve introduced a new Starter plan for teams that want lightweight visitor identification with minimal setup.

  • Includes 300 monthly credits

  • Slack integration only

  • No CRM or outbound platform integrations

  • Lower overall collection than Pro

Free Plan Changes

The Free plan has been updated to focus on basic company-level awareness.

  • Contact-level identification is no longer included

  • Visitors appear as “Someone from [Company Name]”

  • No access to visitor names, emails, LinkedIn URLs, job titles, or page view history

  • Company-level identification remains enabled by default

Users can upgrade at any time to unlock full visitor details and higher identification coverage.

Company-Level Identification and Global Tracking

  • Company-level identification is enabled by default for all accounts

  • Global visitor tracking is enabled by default

  • These features apply across all plans, including Free
