RB2B's Traffic Insights feature is only available to users on an annual RB2B Pro subscription. Monthly subscriptions are not eligible to use Traffic Insights.
The Traffic Insights dashboard is designed to help you understand and analyze the behavior and engagement patterns of your website visitors. This feature is divided into four main sections, each serving a unique purpose to provide a comprehensive view of your site's performance and visitor demographics.
Traffic Insights can be accessed in your dashboard by clicking the "Traffic Insights" link under the "Resolution" section of your menu.

At the top-right corner, you can adjust the time frame for your data, choosing from Today, Past 3 Days, Past Week, or Past Month to get a snapshot of recent or longer-term trends.
Traffic Insights
The Traffic Insights section provides detailed statistics on visitor behavior. This data is displayed in the following columns:
Traffic Source: Shows "All Traffic" by default, or specific URLs if you’re analyzing insights by "Pages" or "Hot Pages."
Visitors: Displays the total number of visitors recognized by RB2B for a page or source. If comparing two URLs, the dashboard will indicate the percentage increase or decrease in visitor count between them.
Identified Visitors: Shows the total number of visitors successfully identified by RB2B. For URL comparisons, a percentage change will reflect increases or decreases in identified visitors.
ICP Visitors: Indicates the number of visitors matching your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) filters in the "Hot Leads" category. If Hot Leads filters are inactive, this count will default to 0.
These metrics allow you to gauge visitor engagement and assess how well your content aligns with your target audience.
Breakdown of Visitors
The Breakdown of Visitors section displays a graphical representation of visitor demographics and attributes for your chosen criteria. By default, it presents a breakdown by "Company Size," but you can select other categories from the dropdown menu in the top right:
Company Size
Seniority
Department
Revenue
Industry
Campaign UTM
Toggle between viewing the top five results or all results in each category by clicking the "Show All / Show Less" button. This feature provides a clear view of which types of visitors are most engaged with your site, supporting data-driven adjustments to your marketing and content strategies.
Recent Hot Leads
The Recent Hot Leads section is visible if you are using the Hot Leads feature and provides insights into visitors who meet at least one of your Hot Leads criteria. This section lists the most recent visitors identified as high-potential leads, enabling you to prioritize follow-ups with users showing strong engagement or alignment with your ICP.
Note: When comparing two pages, the section will display the last three Hot Leads for each page, allowing you to analyze and compare high-value traffic across specific content areas.
This structured breakdown of Traffic Insights empowers you to make informed decisions on marketing, content focus, and visitor engagement tactics by providing a clear view of who is interacting with your site and how.
