If you encounter issues with the Traffic Insights feature, review the following common scenarios to find a solution.
Traffic Insights is not accessible in the dashboard menu
RB2B's Traffic Insights feature is restricted to RB2B Pro+ accounts on annual subscriptions and those trialing RB2B. To gain access to this feature, please upgrade your account to an annual subscription.
Not enough data to show insights
If you receive a notice stating that there is "not enough data to show insights" it means that there isn't enough data to generate accurate traffic insights for your current selection. Please adjust your filters by expanding the time frame or choosing a different page.

No campaigns appear in the "Filter by Campaign" dropdown
If no campaigns appear in the "Filter by Campaign" dropdown it means that there were no campaigns tracked in your currently defined timeframe. Try expanding your timeframe to encompass your time by clicking the date range selection dropdown at the top right of the Traffic Insights page.
If no campaigns appear after selecting the maximum amount of time, that means that RB2B didn't identify any visitors associated with a campaign at all.
Desired page doesn't appear in "Filter by Page URL" dropdown
The "Filter by Page URL" dropdown shows a maximum of the top twenty pages on your site, by traffic volume, during your selected timeframe. If the page you are looking for did not appear in the dropdown, you can search for the page by first clicking the input field above the dropdown then typing the relative URL of the page.
"Recent Hot Leads" section does not appear
The most common reason for the "Recent Hot Leads" section not appearing in Traffic Insights is because there are currently no Hot Leads filters set up on the account. To leverage this feature, please set up Hot Leads.
The same applies to the "ICP Visitors" statistic in the Traffic Insights analytics table.
If you are leveraging Hot Leads already and no results are shown in Traffic Insights, consider expanding the timeframe of the results by clicking the date range selection dropdown at the top right of the Traffic Insights page.
Desired Hot Page doesn't appear in "Filter by Hot Page" dropdown
The "Filter by Hot Page" dropdown shows all of the Hot Pages for which visitors have visited during your currently selected timeframe or you do not currently have any Hot Pages set up.
If you do not have any Hot Pages set up, do so first, and visit Traffic Insights later on to see any new results.
If you currently have Hot Pages set up, try expanding your timeframe to encompass your time by clicking the date range selection dropdown at the top right of the Traffic Insights page.
