When viewing Traffic Insights for specific pages of your site, you can analyze visitor behavior on individual pages to assess their engagement and popularity. Follow these steps to filter results by page and, if desired, compare insights across multiple pages.
Filtering by Page URL
Select a Page URL:
Click the "Filter by Page URL" dropdown to see the top twenty pages, based on recent traffic. By default, the top ten pages are displayed; you can scroll within the dropdown to view the remaining top pages.
Next to each page URL, you’ll see the total number of views, helping you identify which pages attract the most traffic at a glance.
Locating Specific Pages:
If your homepage is among the top pages, it will appear as
"/"
in the list. For pages not shown in the top twenty results, you can manually search by clicking into the input field above the dropdown and entering the page URL. This allows you to view results for any page, even those with lower traffic, ensuring you have visibility into specific sections of your site.
Additional Page Results:
If there are more than twenty results, a notification will appear at the end of the list indicating the number of additional pages with available insights. This way, you know when there’s a broader set of pages generating traffic data.
Comparing Pages
Comparing traffic insights across two pages allows you to analyze differences in visitor behavior and engagement, enabling strategic optimizations for each page based on performance.
Initiate Comparison:
Click the "Compare URL" button located at the top-right of the page. This action will prompt you to repeat the URL selection process to choose a second page for comparison.
View Comparative Data:
In the Breakdown of Visitors section, each selected page will display as a separate line on the graph, with different colors representing each page. A legend at the bottom will define the color associated with each page, allowing for easy differentiation.
This side-by-side comparison helps you see variations in visitor demographics, behaviors, and engagement metrics (such as Company Size, Seniority, Department, and more) for each page, giving you valuable insight into which types of visitors are engaging more on certain pages.
By using these filters and comparison tools, you can gain a deeper understanding of which pages drive the most engagement and how visitor profiles differ from one page to another. This insight enables data-driven decisions to refine content and optimize visitor journeys on high-priority pages.
