Go to your Subscriptions Details page and click "Change Plan." Select "Downgrade Service" and choose the free plan from the available options. Your downgrade takes effect immediately. This immediate effect ensures that any paid features associated with your previous plan will no longer be accessible as soon as the downgrade is completed.
Any unused identification credits from your paid plan carry over to your free account. You will lose access to the features and benefits of your paid plan straight away. This includes all premium tools and services that were part of your subscription, ensuring users are aware of the full implications of downgrading.
If you downgrade your account immediately after subscribing, the cancellation will take effect right away, reverting your account to the Free plan even if the payment has already been processed. RB2B generally operates under a no-refund policy for unused service, regardless of how much time is left in a billing period. However, there are rare exceptions where a partial refund may be considered. For example, if you were charged after downgrading due to an unfinalized request, RB2B may evaluate the situation and offer a partial refund based on factors such as the amount of credits used since the renewal and the date of your downgrade request.
