If you need to cancel your paid subscription or move to the free plan, you can manage both from your Billing page.

Go to your Subscriptions Details page and click "Change Plan." Select "Downgrade Service" and choose the free plan from the available options. Your downgrade takes effect immediately.

Any unused identification credits from your paid plan carry over to your free account. You will lose access to the features and benefits of your paid plan straight away.

If you downgrade your account immediately after subscribing, the cancellation will take effect right away, reverting your account to the Free plan even if the payment has already been processed. To avoid this, ensure you understand the timing and effects of downgrades before making changes.

Go to your Subscriptions Details page and find the Subscription Details section. Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the on-screen steps. The process will walk you through what happens to your data and access before you confirm. Cancellation takes effect immediately. Ensure that you have completed all steps in the subscription process before canceling to avoid unexpected account statuses.
