RB2B is please to announce a number of new features and changes to its platform.

Restricting RB2B From Identifying Visitors on Certain Pages

RB2B users can fine-tune the pages on which they wish RB2B to identify visitors using our new URL exclusion settings found on their script page. RB2B users can restrict visitor identification on select pages using one of two methods: running on all pages except those defined, or running on only defined pages.

Preventing Coworker Identification

RB2B will exclude visitor information for co-workers whose email addresses match the primary domain on which your script is installed. However, RB2B may still identify co-workers if they use a different email domain.

Preventing Repeat Visitor Collection

For RB2B users who are conscious of their credit usage, we have allowed RB2B Pro users the ability to disable the identification of repeat visitors. On by default. If toggled off, RB2B will not record information about repeat visitors to your website nor will it count against credit usage.

Changes to RB2B Free Accounts

As of October 2, 2024, RB2B Free accounts will no longer receive repeat visitor information. Repeat visitor information is restricted to RB2B Pro users.

Changes to RB2B's Trial

As of October 2, 2024, the length of RB2B's all-access free trial of RB2B Pro has changed to seven (7) days or 1,000 profiles, whichever comes first.
