Why did my HeyReach integration shut off?

If your HeyReach integration has shut off unexpectedly, it may be due to an error returned to RB2B, prompting our system to disable it to prevent further requests that would result in errors.

Before reactivating your HeyReach integration, please follow these steps:

  1. Verify that the URL you have entered is correct.

  2. Ensure that the recipient system is properly configured to receive the data.

Once these checks are complete, you can turn your HeyReach integration back on.


Does the HeyReach integration send profiles retroactively?

No, the HeyReach integration will only send net-new profiles that are identified the integration is successfully connected. Previously identified users will not be sent.


What does the error message "An unknown error occurred. Please try again." mean when using the HeyReach integration?

If you see this error message:

…it typically means that your HeyReach account is currently offline or that the campaign you're trying to access does not have an active user assigned.

How to resolve it:

  • Check your HeyReach account status to ensure it's active and online.

  • Verify that your campaign has at least one active user assigned.

Once these conditions are met, try reconnecting the integration.
