Why did my Make.com integration shut off?

If your Make.com integration has shut off unexpectedly, it may be due to an error returned to RB2B, prompting our system to disable it to prevent further requests that would result in errors.

Before reactivating your Make.com integration, please follow these steps:

  1. Verify that the URL you have entered is correct.

  2. Ensure that the recipient system is properly configured to receive the data.

Once these checks are complete, you can turn your Make.com integration back on.


Does the Make.com integration send profiles retroactively?

No, the Make.com integration will only send net-new profiles that are identified the integration is successfully connected. Previously identified users will not be sent.


Is the official RB2B Make.com app required to be installed?

While recommended, the official RB2B Make.com app is not required to be installed on Make.com in order to use the Make.com integration. Make.com's Webhook app will also serve the same function as the RB2B app.
