RB2B's Apollo.io, Instantly, and Smartlead integrations are no longer dependent on users using our Slack integration.
Users have the ability to enable a new "Auto Sync Profiles" setting on each of those integrations which let them bypass the Slack integration altogether and sync newly identified visitors directly to Apollo.io, Instantly, or Smartlead.
The "Auto Sync Profiles" toggle can be found in each integration's settings on RB2B's Integrations page in our dashboard.
Benefits of Auto Sync
We recognize that not all users utilize Slack. The new Auto Sync Profiles feature allows RB2B users to seamlessly integrate with Apollo.io, Instantly, and Smartlead, without depending on Slack.
Based on user feedback, we’ve made it possible to automate the process of sending visitor profiles to these integrations. While some users prefer the manual control of selecting which profiles to send via Slack, others requested the convenience of automatic profile syncing.
Manual Profile Syncing to Apollo.io, Instantly, or Smartlead
The option to manually push profiles to Apollo.io, Instantly, or Smartlead remains unchanged. The Auto Sync Profiles feature is turned off by default, allowing users to retain full control over the process if they choose.
