Methods to Report Erroneous Data
Via the RB2B Dashboard
Navigate to the profile in question and click the "View Details" button or the user's name.
Click the "Report Data Issue" button to open the reporting form.
Via Slack
In your Slack application, locate the profile and click the "Report Data" button at the bottom of the profile. This will open the reporting form.
Using the Reporting Form
Identify the Issue: Select the reason for the erroneous data, such as an incorrect LinkedIn URL, incorrect email address, incorrect user, or choose 'Other' to describe the issue.
Provide Context: After selecting the reason, you will be prompted to provide more details to assist our team in investigating the issue.
