If your integration stopped working, one of two things has happened:

If your integration encountered a 404 error it will automatically shut off to prevent further 404 errors from occurring. Please ensure that the information in your integration is correct before reenabling it.

All of RB2B's integrations, aside from Slack, are part of paid plans. All users gain access to a complimentary trial of our Pro plan when signing up and choose to use integrations at that time. If you had an integration set up then chose to downgrade to our Free plan, your integration will no longer be active. Please consider upgrading to a paid plan to re-enable the feature.
