Free Plan FAQs

Updated this week

Are there differences in the quality of leads between the Free and Pro plans?

No, the quality of leads is the same for both Free and Pro plans. RB2B uses identical identification methods for all users.

However, there are differences in the information provided.

RB2B Pro includes additional features:

  • Business email addresses

  • Page view history

  • Hot Page tagging

  • Ideal Customer Profile tagging

I'm on the free plan, why did I stop collecting profiles?

If you're on the free plan and stopped collecting profiles, it's highly likely that you reached your monthly collection cap of 150 profiles.

If you exceed your monthly credit limit of 150, your collection will immediately cease and will reset at the beginning of the next billing cycle. If you have hit your collection cap and want to resume collection, please consider an RB2B Pro plan with a higher monthly cap.

What happens when I downgrade to the free plan on RB2B, and what are the refund policies?

RB2B provides straightforward processes for downgrading your subscription. This guide explains what happens when you switch to the free plan, as well as how billing and refunds are handled in the event of post-downgrade charges. Immediate Downgrade Processing

Managing Unused Credits When Downgrading

When downgrading from a paid subscription to the free plan, unused credits are typically forfeited immediately. In some cases, credits may remain for up to one month, but these will not roll forward and must be used within that period. Refunds for unused credits are not provided. To avoid losses, it's recommended to review the credit policy and strategically plan your downgrade date. When you select the free plan on RB2B, the downgrade is processed instantaneously. The moment your downgrade request is completed and confirmed, your free plan becomes active immediately. No further steps are required. Handling Post-Downgrade Billing Issues

Effects on Paid Features Upon Downgrade

Downgrading to the free plan results in the loss of all premium features associated with a higher-tier subscription. Ensure that you have fully utilized these features before initiating the downgrade.

Timing Your Downgrade Effectively

To maximize the value of your subscription, consider downgrading closer to your renewal date. This approach allows you to utilize premium features and credits fully before making the switch. If you notice a charge after downgrading to the free plan, it may indicate that the downgrade request was not finalized or confirmed. It's important to ensure that you complete every step in the downgrade process to avoid such issues. While RB2B generally upholds a no-refund policy, exceptions can be made in certain cases. For instance, if there has been minimal usage of credits since the subscription's renewal or at the time of downgrade request, you might qualify for a partial refund. The unused portion of your subscription could also be considered for refunds. Prevent Common Errors
