Yes, multiple RB2B accounts can be connected to and push notifications to the same Warmly Webhook.


How many Warmly integrations can I connect my RB2B account to?

RB2B is designed to permit a single integration connection per account. For users integrating with Webhook, this means you can push data to only one selected Webhook of your choice.

This setup ensures a streamlined and efficient data flow between RB2B and Warmly, making it easier to manage and analyze your data within a singular, cohesive environment.


Why did my Warmly integration shut off?

If your Warmly integration has shut off unexpectedly, it may be due to an error returned to RB2B, prompting our system to disable it to prevent further requests that would result in errors.

Before reactivating your Warmly integration, please follow these steps:

  1. Verify that the URL you have entered is correct.

  2. Ensure that the recipient system is properly configured to receive the data.

Once these checks are complete, you can turn your Warmly integration back on.
