I accidentally cancelled my plan/account instead of downgrading, how do I get it back?

If you accidentally cancelled your RB2B plan/account instead of downgrading it, turning your account and tracking script back on only takes a few easy steps.

Navigate to Subscriptions

Click on your company name at the bottom left of your browser window then selected Subscription from the menu that appears.

Select Your New Plan

You'll be presented with a list of available plans to which you can subscribe. If you cancelled your account while intending to downgrade to RB2B Free, simply click Subscribe on the free plan option and follow the remaining steps.

If you want to subscribe to RB2B Pro at this point, we're not going to argue with that either.
