RB2B Agency Dashboard

Updated this week

Accessing Your Agency Sub-Account Dashboard

Once you're enrolled in the RB2B Agency Program, you can access your sub-account dashboard from the main RB2B dashboard. Look for the link in the left-hand menu, or go directly to: https://app.rb2b.com/subaccounts.

Sub-Account Dashboard At-a-Glance

Your sub-account dashboard provides a centralized view of all sub-accounts under your agency’s management. For each sub-account, you'll see:

  • Account Name

  • Associated Domain(s)

  • Credit Usage: Displays the number of credits used out of the total available for the current billing cycle (e.g., 28/300).

  • Subscription Details: Includes the current plan and the next billing date.

  • Status Indicators: Shows the current status of the sub-account's subscription and tracking script.

Accessing a Sub-Account

To manage a sub-account, find it in your sub-account list and click the "Act As" button on the right side of the row. This allows you to enter the sub-account directly without logging out of your agency account.

To return to your agency dashboard, click the green "X" next to the sub-account name at the top left of the main dashboard menu.

Adding a New Sub-Account

To add a new sub-account under your agency plan, click "Add Account" in the top-right corner of your sub-account dashboard.

You'll need to provide the following details for each new account:

  • First and last name of the account owner*

  • A unique email address*

  • Phone number

  • Company name*

  • Website domain*

* Required fields

Ceasing Management of a Sub-Account

To stop managing a sub-account, locate it in your sub-account list and click "Disconnect."

This action will remove the sub-account from your agency dashboard, and you will no longer have access to it. The sub-account’s subscription will remain unchanged and continue in its current state.

Note: Disconnecting a sub-account does not cancel its subscription. Billing will continue unless the subscription is manually canceled by the account owner.
