Does RB2B offer white labeling for its agency program?
RB2B does not currently support white labeling of its dashboard.
What plan are new sub-accounts subscribed to?
All newly created sub-accounts under an agency are automatically enrolled in RB2B’s Free tier. Sub-accounts are not eligible for a trial of the RB2B Pro plan.
My client already has an RB2B account. How can I manage it through my agency dashboard?
If your client already has an RB2B account and wants to give you management access, they must contact RB2B Support directly and request to link their account to your agency dashboard. This request must come from a user on the client’s account. Once confirmed, our team will connect their account to your agency profile.
Am I eligible to receive an affiliate commission for my sub-accounts' subscriptions?
No. Agencies are not eligible to receive affiliate commission for the accounts in their workspace.
Can the RB2B Agency Program be configured to use a single subscription across all sub-accounts?
No. Each agency account and its sub-accounts must maintain separate subscriptions. RB2B does not support shared subscriptions or a pooled credit system across multiple accounts.
