Re-Authenticating or Disconnecting Salesforce CRM

To re-authenticate or disconnect your Salesforce CRM integration, navigate to Integrations from the sidebar menu. Locate and select Salesforce CRM among the integration options or visit https://app.rb2b.com/integrations/salesforce_crm

Re-Authenticate with Salesforce

The most common reason for your Salesforce CRM integration to become disconnected is an expired authentication token. If you need to re-authenticate the integration, simply click "Re-authenticate with Salesforce" and follow the steps from the setup guide to complete the process.

Disconnect from Salesforce

To disconnect RB2B from Salesforce CRM, click "Disconnect from Salesforce" to proceed. If you need to re-connect to Salesforce CRM in the future follow the steps from the setup guide to complete the process.
