Setup Guide: HubSpot CRM

RB2B's "HubSpot CRM" integration is only available to trialing and RB2B Pro subscribers.

To initiate your HubSpot CRM integration, navigate to Integrations from the sidebar menu. Locate and select HubSpot CRM among the integration options or visit https://app.rb2b.com/integrations/hubspot_crm

Once on the HubSpot CRM page, click "Connect to HubSpot" to begin the setup process.

Step 1: Sign Into HubSpot CRM

If you are not currently signed into HubSpot CRM, you will be prompted to create a new HubSpot account or sign in to your existing HubSpot account.

Step 2: Choose What HubSpot Account to Connect To

Choose an account for the available list of accounts to connect RB2B to. Note that your HubSpot CRM integration can only be connected to a single HubSpot account at a time.

Step 3: Connect App

Review RB2B's required access to your HubSpot account and continue connecting if you agree by clicking "Connect App" at the bottom of the page.

With RB2B, your CRM data will be synchronized to help you stay informed about prospect visits. Rest assured, your CRM data is securely siloed per account and will never be shared or resold to others.

Step 6: Invite Colleagues to RB2B

During the integration connection process RB2B pulls a list of your colleagues who have accounts in your HubSpot instance. These users can be found in the "HubSpot CRM Users" section of the Salesforce integration page.

To invite them to your company's RB2B account, simply click the "Invite to RB2B" button to the right of their name. Once they have an RB2B user set up, the invite button will disappear their status as an "RB2B User" will be displayed in its place.

RB2B does not automatically update the list of HubSpot users if users are added/removed from your HubSpot instance. To pull an updated list, click the "Refresh" button at the top right of the "HubSpot CRM Users" section.

πŸ“ Important to Note: If you connected to HubSpot prior to this feature's release on January 31, 2025, you will need to manually click "Refresh" in order for RB2B to pull the list of users for the first time.
