How do I disconnect my Clay integration?

To disconnect your Clay integration, navigate to Integrations from the sidebar menu. Locate Clay among the integration options and select View Integration.

To disconnect Clay entirely, delete the URL from the input field then click Save to publish your changes or click Cancel to abandon your changes.


How do I change or update my Clay integration?

To change Clay integration, navigate to Integrations from the sidebar menu. Locate Clay among the integration options and select View Integration.

To change the Clay integration, replace the URL in the input field then click Save to publish your changes.


What should the Clay Webhook URL look like?

Your Clay Webhook URL should be formatted similar to the following:

https://api.clay.com/v3/sources/webhook/pull-in-data-from-a-webhook-XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX

How many Clay tables can I push to with RB2B?

RB2B is designed to permit a single integration connection per account. For users integrating with Clay, this means you can push data to only one selected Clay table of your choice.

This setup ensures a streamlined and efficient data flow between RB2B and Clay, making it easier to manage and analyze your data within a singular, cohesive environment. If you need to direct data to multiple Clay tables, consider structuring your data within the chosen table to accommodate various needs or exploring additional integrations or customization options.


Can multiple RB2B accounts push to a single Clay table?

Yes, multiple RB2B accounts can be connected to and push notifications to the same Clay table.


Does the Clay integration send profiles retroactively?

No, the Clay integration will only send net-new profiles that are identified the integration is successfully connected. Previously identified users will not be sent.
