What happens when my trial period ends?

Updated over a week ago

At the end of the trial period, you will need to choose whether to downgrade to the RB2B Free plan or continue using the RB2B Pro plan by upgrading. If you do not choose, your account will be temporarily suspended until such time as you choose a plan to continue your service. During the trial, you gain temporary access to most Pro features, allowing you to evaluate how they fit your needs. The trial duration typically depends on your plan and company policies.

Transitioning to the Pro Plan

Once the trial ends, you must subscribe to the Pro plan to continue accessing Pro features. To transition smoothly:

  1. Navigate to the subscription section of the platform.

  2. Select your desired plan and follow the system prompts.

  3. Enter payment details and confirm the subscription.

Following these steps ensures uninterrupted access to Pro features.

By downgrading to free, you lose access to the following features:

  • Integrations with Apollo.io, Clay, Webhook, Smartlead, Instantly, and more

  • CSV downloads

  • All time page view history

  • Last session page view history

  • Business email addresses

Troubleshooting Issues During the Trial

If your trial ends unexpectedly or Pro features stop working, this may happen due to:

  • Expired Trial: The trial expires at the predefined end date, requiring an extension request or subscription.

  • Technical Issues: Sometimes extensions or subscription transitions encounter processing delays.

Contact RB2B support via the help portal for assistance with these issues.
