To access a visitor's detailed profile information, click the View details button on the righthand side of their profile.
Detailed Profile Sections
You can quickly navigation to different sections of the visitor's detailed profile using the menu at the top of the screen.
Menu Item | Details |
Overview | Important contact details and information of the individual. |
Activity | The individual's visitation history to your website. This is a great way to check for repeat visits. |
Company Details | Details about the company at which the individual is employee. |
Job History | The individual's work history, as displayed on LinkedIn. |
Overview
If available, you will find the user visitor's first and last name, profile photo, geographical location, job title (role), company, email address, and the date and time of their last visit.
Activity
In the Activity section you'll find information regarding the visitor's page view history including the pages they visited as well as the dates and times. To conserve space, the Activity section shows a maximum of the three latest visits.
Click Show all to expand the Activity section to reveal more.
Page view history is only available for RB2B Pro users.
Company Details
If available, in the Company section you'll find information regarding the visitor's company including name, size, revenue, industry, website, and description.
Job History
If available, in the Job History section you'll find information regarding the visitor's employment history (as gleamed from LinkedIn). To conserve space, the Job History section shows a maximum of the three latest visits.
Click Show all to expand the Job History section to reveal more.
