Why is RB2B not recording all visitors?
RB2B is capable of identifying approximately 70β80% of your traffic originating from the United States at a contact level. This means that for the majority of US visitors coming to your website, RB2B can successfully identify and provide specific contact information.
If a visitor is using a VPN or proxy service, it affects our ability to confirm that the visitor is in the United States, and we abandon the identification process.
How do I see a visitor's page view history?
To see a visitor's page view history, go to the Profiles page of the dashboard and find the user for whom you wish to see the details. Click on the View Details button on the righthand side of their profile.
This will open a flyout with a more detailed look at their profile.
From there, navigate to the Activity section where you'll find a detailed list of their page view history along with dates and times of their visits. The section is initially limited to three entries to conserve space but can be expanded by clicking Show All.
Why am I no longer seeing email addresses?
Viewing email addresses, whether through the dashboard or via Slack notifications, is a feature exclusive to paid service tiers. If email addresses are not currently visible to you, please consider upgrading to RB2B Pro to access this capability.
How do I see a list of visitors who have viewed a specific page?
At the present time there's no native way to do this in the dashboard, though that feature is under development.
There is, however, a workaround: using the CSV Exports, filter the spreadsheet to only show results for the page of your choosing.
