JavaScript Error 403 Forbidden

This error indicates that the server understands the request but refuses to authorize it. If you're trying to access or execute a JS script from a server that doesn't allow it, you might see this error.

Probable Cause

A common cause for a 403 error is that your tracking script is offline.

Solution

To verify the status of your tracking script:

  1. Log into the RB2B dashboard at https://app.rb2b.com/login.

  2. At the top of your Dashboard, check the status of your script. It will show either Enabled or Disabled depending on its status.

If your script script is disabled the likely causes are:

  • Out of Credits: You have exceeded your credit usage for the month.
    Solution

  • Subscription is Canceled: Your subscription was deliberately canceled or you didn't choose a plan after your trial concluded.
    Solution

  • Payment Failed: We were unable to process your latest payment.
