If your Growth-X integration has shut off unexpectedly, it may be due to an error returned to RB2B, prompting our system to disable it to prevent further requests that would result in errors.
Before reactivating your Growth-X integration, please follow these steps:

Ensure that the recipient system is properly configured to receive the data.
Once these checks are complete, you can turn your Growth-X integration back on.
